Are your products new?
Will Clearance Store Products have a Guarantee or Warranty?
This differs by Manufacturer. Some may have a Guarantee or Warranty while others will not. Products will have this information clearly listed on their product details page.
Are Clearance Products of a high quality?
How good are your prices?
We are trying to Clear Space in our Warehouse so all products are priced to go. If you can buy them cheaper somewhere else please let us know and we will endeavor to match or beat it.
Does my Local James Hargreaves Plumbing Supplies Branch stock these products?
Will you restock any items?
No once they're gone, they're gone! If you need more we might be able to purchase them for you at their original price.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment is online by Credit/Debit (MasterCard or Visa) Card. You can also pay by bank transfer or if you are a James Hargreaves Trade Account Customer you can pay by your account.
Can I pay with my Trade Credit Account?
If you have a Trade Credit Account with James Hargreaves (Plumbers Merchants) Ltd you can now use it to buy on this website as well as ordering in branch. There are NO additional Trade Discounts offered on these prices as they priced to clear. Please also note that Clearance items are only stocked in our Burnley Warehouse and will take a few days to be transfered to your account holding branch.
Can I return items?
When will the delivery arrive?
We aim to deliver all products within 2-3 working days. We’ll always try our best to meet the estimated delivery timescales we give you. We expect nearly all orders to meet our published delivery timescales. However, we won’t be held responsible for any failure to deliver your order within the stated timescales, provided we deliver the Products within 30 days of receiving your payment or within a longer time period if we’ve expressly agreed to this with you. If we can’t deliver your order within this timescale, we’ll let you know and allow you to either wait for the products or cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you do not book plumbers, fitters, builders or trade persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
We can happily deliver to your chosen address within Mainland Great Britain We do not deliver as standard to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
