Unless clearly stated all our products are new and in their original packaging. We may open items to check them before sending.

This differs by Manufacturer. Some may have a Guarantee or Warranty while others will not. Products will have this information clearly listed on their product details page.
Are Clearance Products of a cheap quality?
Are Clearance Products of a cheap quality?
No. The vast majority of Clearance items are from major UK or Global Brands. Most products were ordered for homebuilders but became surplus.

We are trying to Clear Space in our Warehouse so all products are priced to go. If you can buy them cheaper somewhere else please let us know.

No. All products sold on the site are held at our Clearance Warehouse.

No once they're gone, they're gone! If you need more we might be able purchase them for you at their original price.
How can I pay for my order?

Payment is online by Credit/Debit (MasterCard or Visa) Card, Bank Transfer or Cheque. Orders paid for by bank tranfer will be shipped after payment has cleared (roughly 1 day). Orders paid for by cheque will be shipped after payment has been cleared (roughly 9 days).

If you have a Trade Account with James Hargreaves (Plumbers Merchants) Ltd you cannot buy on this website with it.
Speak to your Branch Manager about ordering through your trade account. There are NO additional Trade Discounts offered on these prices as they priced to clear. Please also note that these items are only stocked in our Burnley Warehouse.

When will the product arrive?
When will the product arrive?
We aim to deliver all products within 2-3 working days.
We’ll always try our best to meet the estimated delivery timescales we give you. We expect nearly all orders to meet our published delivery timescales.
However, we won’t be held responsible for any failure to deliver your order within the stated timescales, provided we deliver the Products within 30 days of receiving your payment, or within a longer time period if we’ve expressly agreed this with you. If we can’t deliver your order within this timescale, we’ll let you know and give you the opportunity to either wait for the products or cancel.
PLEASE NOTE: We strongly recommend that you do not book plumbers, fitters, builders or trade persons until your order has been delivered and checked by you. We cannot be held responsible for any third-party costs or charges which you incur due to non-delivery of an order, or orders that have not been checked on delivery.

We can happily deliver to your chosen address within Mainland Great Britain

We’ll always try to make one single delivery where possible, to minimise inconvenience. However, this may not always be possible.
What are my rights to cancel as a consumer?
What are my rights to cancel as a consumer?
If you’re ordering Products from us as a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel any online or telephone orders (excluding orders for bespoke or made-to-measure Products) and receive a full refund, including standard delivery charges. This is your Consumer Cancellation Right and it applies in addition to any other rights set out in our Conditions of Sale.
