Please note that any Boiler purchased can only be returned if the packaging has not been opened. Do not open the packaging until you are certain that you wish to keep the product. Return Pallet fees will be charged unless we agree for a return to one of our locations.
Warranty Information
To qualify for a free manufacturer’s guarantee, longer than the standard 2 years (up to 10 years), your boiler installation must be registered with Viessmann within 30 days of installation, either online or offline.
